 One-on-One Yoga

Our approach to yoga is therapeutic in nature.  It is deeply important to us that we preserve the cultural traditions of yoga that go beyond the asana format in classes. 

We meet you where you’re at with concepts of pranayama, mudras, Ayurveda, bhandas, and asanas.  Working one-on-one is perfect for the seasoned yogi seeking to deepen their relationship to yoga or for the never-ever beginner yogi just getting started. 

What to Expect

  • The session begins with a 10-minute introduction, where we will discuss what you are experiencing in your physical/emotional body and any goals for your practice you may have.


  • One-on-one yoga sessions can be experienced remotely via Zoom, or in person.  We may even be available to travel to you!


  • Starts at $108 per session.  With 60, 90, or 120-minute sessions available. 

  • We wish to make this education accessible to people of all financial backgrounds.  As such, if the starting value of $108 feels out of reach to you, please contact us to receive information on our scholarship program.

Studio Classes

There’s something ancient and deeply ritualistic about syncing breath and movement with a group of other people.  Get in touch with your primal nature in studio classes.  Check out the list of times/locations below:

Regularly scheduled studio classes are on pause for the summer, and will resume in the fall.  Pop up offerings will be held at various outdoor locations.  Stay updated on times and locations via the newsletter and social media
