Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule one-on-one appointments, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Only one-on-one appointments/classes are eligible for refunds. Due to processing fees, an 80% refund will be offered to any local appointment cancelations made earlier than 24 hours before your appointment. Local appointments include northwest Montana and the Idaho panhandle area. Non-local appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a 50% refund. Any cancelations made later than the respective 24 hour/48 hour mark are not eligible for a refund.
